Guadalajara Language Center is located only 2 blocks from the center of the pretty, quiet Guadalajara suburb of Tlaquepaque - itself only 15-20 minutes by bus from downtown Guadalajara.

All non-Mexicans need a passport to enter Mexico.

All North Americans, Europeans, Australians and several other countries don't need a special visa. A free tourist visa valid for 6 months will be given when you enter the country.

Spanish courses at Guadalajara Language Center start every Monday throughout the year. Classes run Monday - Friday. The school is closed for Spanish group classes on Saturdays and Sundays.

The school is closed on December 25th and January 1st.

There are two sessions of Spanish group classes at GLC: 9am-11am and 11:30am-1:30pm. Regular course students take classes in the first morning session.

We accept payment in cash Mexican Pesos, credit card, debit card or international bank transfers on your first or second day of study.

Yes, we do. GLC organizes many activities. Every Monday after class at 1:30 pm there is a presentation of all the activities and temporary events.

Yes, we have free wireless broadband internet access for students at the school and all the accommodation that we offer.

Classes are small with a maximum of 6 students per group. Our average group size is less than 3 students per class.

Yes, you can take your pet with you. We have several home stays and apartments where pets are allowed. There is a $100 USD deposit required.

Yes, all teachers are Mexican and qualified to teach Spanish as a Foreign Language.
